44.1kHz / 48kHz accepted, send us the native sample rate used in your session.
24bit or 32bit floating point WAV is preferred, 16bit is acceptable but not ideal.
MP3 and other compressed formats accepted but not ideal.
Please remove any master processing that has been applied to boost loudness.
Processing that makes the mix sound finished should be left in place.
Peak levels should be kept below clipping. Ideally -6dB with headroom to allocate for the mixdown.
